We believe in the precision and effectiveness of the Stryde Knee Band. We don't want you to just look at it in the box; we want you to put it to the test on your daily walks, when climbing stairs, or during your workouts.

The 30-Day Guarantee

From the day your order is delivered to your UK address, you have 30 days to wear it, test it, and experience the relief. If you are not completely satisfied with the support and comfort it provides, you can return it for a full, hassle-free refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact our support team at support@thestryde.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience.
• Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
• Package the item securely and send it back to us.

Return Conditions:

• The 30-day wear test window begins on the exact date of delivery.
• While we absolutely encourage you to use the product, please return it in a clean, hygienic condition, free from excessive physical damage, and with its original packaging if possible.
• Please note that the customer is responsible for the return postage costs unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
